1. The service
WeFart is a humorous soundboard operated by Web Vision S.r.l., VAT no. 03536400983, Corso Lepetit, 43 - 25047 Darfo Boario Terme (BS), Italia (“we”, “us”). It lets you listen to random sounds, vote on them and contribute your own. By using the site you accept these Terms.
2. Who can contribute
Uploading or recording sounds is allowed only for people aged 16 or over. No account is required.
3. Content rules
By submitting a sound you declare that you made it yourself and that you hold all the rights needed to publish it. The following are not allowed:
- voices, names or any personal information about you or other people;
- recordings of other people without their consent;
- music, effects or material protected by someone else's copyright;
- illegal, offensive, discriminatory, violent or sexually explicit content;
- spam, automated uploads or attempts to bypass technical limits.
4. Licence
You keep ownership of your sound. By submitting it you grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, reproduce and make it available to the public on WeFart anonymously, until it is removed.
5. Moderation
Every sound is reviewed before it is published. We may reject or remove any content at our discretion, even after publication. We are not obliged to publish submitted sounds.
6. Reports and removal
Anyone can report a sound using the “Report” button in the player, or through the Contact page (including to notify illegal content under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 – Digital Services Act). You can ask for one of your sounds to be removed at any time by quoting the ID you received when you submitted it: we will remove it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
7. Fair use
You must not interfere with the operation of the site, perform mass scraping, manipulate votes or reports, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”, for entertainment purposes, without any guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for content submitted by users or for indirect damages; liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence is not excluded. You are responsible for the sounds you submit.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version in force is always published on this page with its update date.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence remain competent and any mandatory rights granted by the law of your country are not affected.
